This is a must have resource book for every personal property appraiser’s library. I refer to it on a regular basis. It is easy to use, has a great index, is current with USPAP, and the text/content covers all important and significant areas of appraising. Remember that grueling claim loss appraisal I was working where the downstairs of a home got flooded and you so graciously assisted with my understanding of using two value types: Replacement Cost New and Replacement Cost Comparable?
